About

Well, let me be upfront!

I am obsessed with People and organisational culture!

I am obsessed with answering:

  • Why do we do the things we do the way we do them?

  • How can we improve the way we do it? and

  • What can be different?

My Journey

My mid-life crisis started when I was twenty-two. That year, I graduated from university, passed the bar examination, and began to work in a government agency as a junior legal officer.

Working in the legal industry has been my dream since high school; I should have been happy as the dream finally came true. But I was not.

Instead, I was miserable and depressed as my belief system collapsed in just six months. It was like everything I learned while growing up flipped upside-down. So many things I held true were crushed abruptly by reality. Suddenly, honesty is not a virtue appreciated, being truthful is considered naïve and immature, and speaking up for the people who cannot speak for themselves is stupid and discouraging… at the age of twenty-two, I felt I’d been living in lies my whole life. I was stuck in this giant machine contributing to creating more lies and covering up more lies, unintendedly maybe.

It felt like I needed to cut off half of myself to fit into the system and to gain worldly-approved success to survive. But did I want to? NO! I didn’t want to.

So I started a journey to getting to know myself; it is a process that involves changing careers, changing countries, and even changing the circle of friends. The moment I began to focus on looking inwardly to see what was going on, the more clarity I got.

Looking inwardly involves asking questions like: WHY do I do WHAT I do the way I did it?

Questions like such tend to remove all the illusions, crystallize the hidden motivations, and shape the decisions and behaviours, which eventually pushed me to the path I had never planned to walk on.

These days, I run a thriving practice in Sydney, Australia. I coach, teach and consult leaders and businesses from all parts of the world on people, performance and organisational culture.

My greatest joy comes from supporting and enabling the business leaders who want to have much more than worldly-defined achievement and success can offer to master their inner games - the games within themselves and their businesses, to actualize their deepest aspirations.

I love supporting you and your business in embarking on your unique growth journey.
